I conduct a wide range of sound experiments, from writing and recording songs to reclaiming all manner of metal and plastic objects for the purpose of connecting with others through the medium of sound. I still find magic in tape recorders. I’ve recieved two grants form the Idaho Commission on the Arts for music-related performances. The first was a radio broadcast performed in the median of Harrison Blvd for people in their cars. The second was a multi-media piece called Love Songs to Inanimate Objects performed with fellow collaborator Daniel Peltz. In 2003 just before doing a national tour, I recorded a CD entitled Western Wind Western Rain with musician Stephen Gere. I’m presently working on two new recording projects, to be released this Spring.
