LA Knots
La Knots is a drums and guitar duo from Boise that’s been together since 2004. Demmi and Tuck started playing in the 8th grade and have since then played shows at The Hyde Park Street Fair, The Venue, The Knitting Factory, Terrapin Station, The Visual Arts Collective and a large amount of house shows in the Boise area. La Knots generates a fast beat to simple structures of lyric ideas and chords. They certainly enjoy the burning of three chords and a bit of rock and roll. A distorted Leslie speaker with reverb helps add a psychedelic touch over the whirling vocals and breaking drums.
