Juntura is Stephen Samuelson, Hyrum Haeberle, and Drex Shira. Steve and Hyrum grew up in Rexburg, ID. They have been friends since kindergarten. Drex grew up in both Eastern Oregon and Boise. The three met about 2-years ago and through recommendations from mutual friends, decided to explore playing in a band together.
Juntura is currently working on their first full-length album. The instrument line-up consists of drums, bass, guitar, piano, trumpet and vocals. The music is influenced by growing up in northwestern, rural high-desert. Happiness is spoken here. Jesus Christ. Bronco Nation. 3-degree guarantee.
